Artist Dennis Carbee uses what he learned working as a stainless steel artisan on more than one hundred thirty cruise ships over the past thirty years to create a unique new art form he calls “Interactive Stainless Imagery.” Carbee’s art, uses the reflective qualities of mirror stainless steel to engage the observer in a kaleidoscope of imagery. He employs basic principles of light, line and simplicity of design to create his fantasy world of twisted imagry, whereby the observer becomes a part of his art and the beauty of his work is truly in the eyes of the beholder. His art comes alive as if it were a video playing to the viewer while capturing movement within its surroundings. Admirers of his work have used many adjectives to describe it, such as beautiful, fantastic, unbelievable and the like, but most everyone’s first expression is usually “W O W”
