Dining Discounts
As a "Loyal Guest", all you need to do is present your Guest Loyalty Card to your server each time you dine with us. We will keep track of your expenditures* for food and drink. For every 1 dollar that you spend* you will earn 1 point and each time your total reaches 250 points, you will earn a $25.00 discount that will automatically be used on your next visit. That's like saving 10 percent!

*Complimentary gift cards and discounts, coupons, tax and tip do not count toward your total.

1. When will I receive my Guest Loyalty Card?

You’ll receive your card when you turn in the sign-up form to your server. You should carry with you so that you can earn points every time you dine with us.

2. I forgot to use my Guest Loyalty Card on my last visit—how do I still receive points?

As long as the date of your visit was within the last 3 months, you can receive points for your dining experience. Make a photocopy of your dining receipts and a copy of your Guest Loyalty Card number and fax to us: (305) 374-0672 or bring dining receipt with you on your next visit and give to your server along with your card number. Your points should be applied to your account within 2 weeks. Note: Points will only be issued for visits after date of joining.

3. Do I need to carry my card with me when I dine?

When you carry your card with you, your points will be issued instantly to your account when you pay your bill and saves the step of submitting for missing points after the fact. Having your card also helps should you need to show it at the host desk to utilize Priority Seating.

4. If another diner pays the dining check, can I still receive points on my Guest Loyalty account?

We appreciate you dining with us, and we're always happy when your friends and family join us. Guest Loyalty Points can only be credited to the person who pays the dining check. If you decide to split the check, we will be happy to make sure your account is credited for the portion of the bill that you pay.

7. How does Priority Seating work?

As a Loyal Guest there are two ways you can be seated quickly:

  • Preplan your visit: The best way to take advantage of your Priority Seating benefit—and keep your wait-time to a minimum—is to make reservations ahead of time. When you make your reservation, please offer your Guest Loyalty number.
  • Spur of the moment visits: If you find yourself having family or clients in town and would like to join us, we can accommodate you on short notice. Before visiting, please call the restaurant at least 20 minutes ahead of your arrival time and identify yourself as a Guest Loyalty Member and provide your member number. You will be placed at the top of the walk-in list for the next available table. Loyal Guest Members will be accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis to meet the size of your party.

8. When I book a private party at Urbanite Bistro, can I still earn Guest Loyalty points?

Absolutely! As long as you are an active Guest Loyalty Member before you sign the contract, you’re eligible to earn points on all food and beverage purchases (excluding tax and gratuity), up to 7,500 points per event. 9. How do I receive my complimentary dessert for my birthday?

We’ll mail you a certificate for your complimentary dessert within a month of your birthday.

10. How do I receive my complimentary bottle of Prosecco wine for my anniversary?

We’ll mail you a certificate for your complimentary wine within a month of your anniversary.

11. What if I have a question about my Guest Loyalty card?

12. Will my information be shared with other companies?

No. We respect the privacy of our Guest Loyalty Members, so all personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with other companies.

13. How do I accumulate points for rewards?

Every time you dine with us, simply present your Guest Loyalty Card to your server. You’ll receive points for your food and beverage purchases, excluding gift cards, tax and tip. If you split the check with someone in your party, you’ll receive points for your portion of the bill. Your points will be credited to your account within 24 hours of your visit.



Guest Loyalty Program - Terms and Conditions
The Guest Loyalty Program is for our valued guests who are 18 years of age or older legally residing in the United States. Points cannot be applied to business accounts.

Points are earned for each dollar spent at Urbanite Bistro (excluding gift card purchases, taxes & gratuity) Some restrictions may apply.

Guest Loyalty Members must present their card at the time of purchase to receive points. Points will be credited only to the Guest Loyalty Member who pays the bill.

To receive points on parties/receptions, Loyal Guests must be active Members prior to booking the party and present their card at the time of purchase. Members can earn a maximum of 7,500 points for a party or banquet of more than $7,500. Points will be credited only to the Guest Loyalty Member who pays the bill.

Urbanite Bistro reserves the right to change or terminate the program at any time without advance notice. All federal and state tax liabilities for earned rewards are the cardholder's responsibility. Accounts may be audited and possibly terminated if point balance is inappropriately achieved.

Employees of Urbanite Bistro, its affiliated companies and their immediate families are ineligible for Guest Loyalty Membership. Accounts identified as such will be immediately invalidated and treated as fraudulent. Employee may be subject to disciplinary action.
